Is the Lawn Club free to join?
Yes - membership is completely free. Simply create a trade account and all your Lawn Club benefits are unlocked immediately. No joining fee, no subscription, no minimum order.
Who can join the Lawn Club?
The Lawn Club is open to trade customers, including landscaping companies, groundsworkers, garden designers and other horticultural professionals. If you’re purchasing on behalf of a business, you’re eligible.
How do I access my member discounts?
Your member pricing is applied automatically when you log in and order through our website. If you’re ordering by phone, just let your account manager know you’re a Lawn Club member and they’ll apply the discount to your order.
What does ‘priority delivery’ mean?
As a Lawn Club member, your orders are moved to the front of our delivery schedule. This means shorter lead times and more reliable delivery windows, so you can plan your projects with confidence.
Can I still order by phone?
Absolutely. Every Lawn Club member has access to our account managers, who you can call directly to place orders, check stock or get advice. Their contact details will be provided when you set up your account.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and Sussex (around the surrounding areas from our five depots). Get in touch to discuss delivery options for your specific location and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What is the bulk buy discount and how does it work?
Bulk buy discounts are applied automatically when your order reaches certain volume thresholds. The more you order, the more you save, and the discounts are shown clearly at checkout. Your account manager can also discuss pricing for large or recurring project orders.
What is crane offloading and do I need it?
Some of our delivery vehicles are fitted with cranes, which means we can offload materials directly over walls, fences and other obstacles, not just at the kerbside. This can save your team significant time on site, particularly in residential gardens with limited access. Ask your account manager whether crane offloading is available for your delivery area.
Can I collect my order instead of having it delivered?
Yes - free collection is available from any of our five depots across London, Kent, Surrey and Essex. Just select collection at checkout or let your account manager know, and your order can be ready for you to pick up at a time that suits you.
I already have a trade account - am I automatically a Lawn Club member?
